I AM WORTHLESS.
I say this is bullshit. You are worthy of love and respect. But it starts with you.
Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer a friend.
Acknowledge your mistakes and challenges without harsh judgment.
Understand that everyone has flaws and that it's okay to be imperfect. (No one is perfect)
Learn to say no to things that drain your energy or compromise your well-being. This includes places you don't really like to go and people you really don't care to be around.
(Stop allowing someone else's guilt trips to work on you)
Setting boundaries is a way of respecting your time, energy, and emotional health.
Include exercise, healthy eating, meditation, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones into your daily habits.
Take time to celebrate your successes, no matter how small.
Acknowledging your accomplishments helps build self-esteem and reinforces the belief that you are capable and valuable.
I say you're not worthless, you my friend are a work of art.
