As long as you have constant exposure to their toxic behavior your stress and anxiety will match theirs. You may not even realize your becoming just as negative as them.

Pay attention to how you feel around certain people. If you feel stress or anxiety just by being around someone, that's a pretty good sign of their energy field and how you fit into it.
